When you are finishing all of the EPF missions, Connect to your character at the real Club Penguin (Computer Version) via Wi-Fi Connection, upload coins, download newsletter & mission, vote online poll, and then, close your DS and connect to Club Penguin via your personal computer.

When you are connected to your Club Penguin account click your spy phone and go to the HQ, and click at the wardrobe.

You will be go to the top secret room: The Command Room.

Only EPF Members can enter this room.
